Cintro was appointed to assist with the design and contract administration for the site reticulation of Ravenswood X74. The project entails the provision of underground electrical services for 188 sectional title units.

Menlyn Maine Precinct

Cintro was appointed to complete the design of the medium voltage network, Corobay satellite substation and street lighting installation for the Menlyn Maine precinct. The work included the installation of 70mm˛, 150mm˛ and 240mm˛ Cu PILC medium voltage cables, Corobay satellite substation building, switchgear installation comprising incomer and ring feeder panels, LED street lights as well as cables and meter kiosks for traffic signals.

Badenhorst Estate

Cintro was appointed to assist with the completion of the Services Agreement, the design of the bulk electrical infrastructure from the Apex 44/11kV substation to a T4 ring main unit in Dalpark Extension 19. As part of the project, new switchgear was added at Apex substation, approximately 12km of 150mm˛ Cu XLPE medium voltage cables and 3.5km of 185mm˛ Cu XLPE medium voltage was installed as well as the T4 ring main unit. As part of the 150mm˛ medium voltage cable route, an overhead railway crossing was constructed. In addition, a miniature substation, street lighting installation as well as cables and meter kiosks for traffic signals were installed.

He has been involved with various projects including shopping centres, car dealerships, offices, residential developments, street lighting, factories and warehouses.

He has previously completed several major projects in and around Gauteng such as the Cell C Campus, Fury Woodmead Car Dealership, Feather Square Shopping Centre, The View Apartments, Menlyn Corporate Park 4th Floor Addition and New Concept Mining Warehouse and Offices.

The combination of his technical experience, managerial and communication skills makes him the ideal candidate to tackle and solve diverse engineering problems.
