OUR SERVICES
Electrical Engineering Services
We specialize in building services, low voltage, medium voltage, and street lighting reticulation projects. Our services include all project stages ranging from inception to close out.
FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We perform feasibility studies for all types of electrical reticulation, electrification and renewable energy projects. We are competent in master planning, investigations and assessments in the field of electrical engineering services.
Renewable Energy
We provide cost effective renewable energy solutions including rooftop pv systems, backup generators and UPS installations. Our team is competent specializing in residential, commercial – and industrial projects.
Energy Audits
We perform energy audits on residential clusters, commercial buildings and industrial plants. We have specialized equipment and experience in performing energy audits. We aim to reduce electricity bills through investigation of cost saving initiatives.
Energy Management
Our knowledge of building services enables us to provide technical advice on energy management opportunities such as power factor correction, renewable energy solutions, basic building management systems and energy efficient lighting.
Solar Lighting
We work in partnership with Solar Light to design and install solar powered street lighting in remote locations where the utility grid is not available or unstable. We make use of advanced lighting simulation software to produce safe lighting for pedestrians and vehicles.

PREAM OFFICE SUPPLEMENTARY PV INSTALLATION
Type: Grid Tie Solution
Inverter Capacity and Type: 36kW
Solar Capacity: 21kWp
Estimated Annual Production: 32MWh
A local business owner invested in a rooftop pv system providing supplementary power to his premises with multiple tenants. The system has so far reduced the electricity bill with 45% during the winter and we expect a further 15% saving during the summer months. The system was designed for future expansion by adding additional pv modules.
CULLINAN SUPPLEMENTARY PV INSTALLATION
Type: Grid Tie Solution
Inverter Capacity and Type: 2 x 110kW
Solar Capacity: 210kWp
Estimated Annual Production: 300MWh
This project was done for a local farmer seeking a solution that would reduce his monthly electricity bill. Utilizing the available roof space of the existing storage facilities we were able to install two separate systems providing sufficient power to run machinery during midday. The system was configured for zero export to the utility grid.
The Residency Sutherland
The scope of work included the bulk supply application, LV site reticulation, telecoms site reticulation, small power and lighting for all units.
The following basic engineering tasks were performed:
• Load calculations according to the SANS 10142-1.
• Cable sizing taking the load current, permissible voltage drop and environmental conditions into account.
• Preparation of electrical layouts, i.e., power, lighting, wireways and single line diagrams.
• Fault current calculations.
